"Creation Photoworld Provide Entire Solutions in Photo Gifts Sublimation items, Flex, Vinyl and all other products with best Quality and Customer satisfaction.
We fully responsible and Committing their commitment once done with their Re-Seller & Sell Partners & Customers.
We have few terms & conditions with their Re-Seller & Sell Partners & Customers which are:
1. Creation Photoworld takes and proceed only prepaid orders, we do not offer any COD or Credit based order.
2. All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except that prices for an order that have been accepted by Creation Photoworld, Inc. and/or its affliates (""Seller"") are not subject to change after acceptance. Prices stated do not include any sales, use or excise tax or any other tax, duty or charge which is now in effect or may be hereafter imposed by any Federal, State or other authority. All such taxes, duties or other charges shall be paid by Buyer unless Buyer shall provide Seller an exemption certificate acceptable to the appropriate authorities.
3. Once order placed/confirmed, will not be cancel or refund after printed of this ordered. Because we deal in customized products once it's done, cannot be reused for others.
4. Creation Photoworld do not provide any refund you can adjust total amount in next order.
5. We have 4-8* working days for products delivery after Dispatch. Dispatch within 48* Working Hours after payments (T&C).
6. If order placed after 12PM or if customer demand for product pic its took 48* working hours for dispatch.
7. We never provide any warranty for All LED or Lighting products.
8. Creation Photoworld never provides any replacement/ exchange of any products damaged during transportation.
9. We are not responsible of your products for delay delivery by courier partner(Track Yourself).
10. Please ask for tracking id for your products after 48* working hours of your confirmation of orders (and Track Yourself).
11. Once Parcel dispatched we provide you all tracking details, U have to wait for 24* hours to update the status.
12. Courier charges are according to Products weight/ Volumetric based. It can be changed without any notice.
13. Creation Photoworld never entertain any urgent orders. You need to provide minimum time of 24* working hours after confirmation of orders.
14. We do not commit for any product quality over phone/whatsapp image. Please visit our office to understand the quality & compatibility of product as per your requirement.
15. Creation Photoworld do not commit for any preview of products after made any customized products, Once we confirmed design related details (Once finalized).
16. Print Quality depends on Photo Quality, we never suggest any Whatsapp/Fb/Screenshot photo. We ask for HD DSLR photo (by E-Mail/ Whatsapp Doc.) only for the products quality as shown in Sample products.
17.Need proper Receiver/Sender Address with Pin Code and Mobile Numbers, If parcel returned back to us, you have to pay Return Charge (RTO) & Resending charges of Courier.
18. Once you confirmed any order we are not responsible for any change or mistake, once it's Customized/Printed. Order details must be in mail/ whatsapp with full and final details.
19. Creation Photoworld keeps the rights of sharing products and products related details also can change their terms & conditions without any public notice."
